The Manor of Lady WolfHart

She arrives in Nashville from somewhere else. She does not say where.

What's known is this: she is a guardian of dreamers, a keeper of thresholds, and a host with exacting standards about who walks through them. She writes the invitations. She sets the theme. She decides what the room will become and then waits at the edge of it to see who you've chosen to be.

She exists because a party is a party, but a world is something you remember. Building a host, a voice, and an unfolding story lets each evening connect to the last, so guests aren't buying a ticket to an event so much as returning to a place.

If you've ever loved the ghost host of a haunted mansion or a narrator who greets you at the door of an immersive theater production, you already understand the role she plays.

Jenna and Caitlin produce every evening. Lady WolfHart invites you to it.

She is also, plainly, a fiction.

Lady WolfHart was created by Jenna Wolf and Caitlin Hart, founders of WolfHart Productions.

Founded in 2024, we began with Forbidden Fantasies, an enemies-to-lovers ball at The Bedford. Two more followed that year: Garden of the Gods for the summer solstice, and The Siren Swim, a mermaid pool party at The Drift on the eve of the full Sturgeon moon. In February 2026, the Nox Vampyre Ball ran two nights. Every one sold out.

Somewhere in there, the name stopped fitting. We were producing pool parties and soirées under a banner that said ball, and guests searching for us couldn't tell what they'd find.

So in 2026, Nashville Fantasy Ball became one evening under a larger roof. That roof is Lady WolfHart and it covers fantasy balls, masquerades, seasonal soirées, and private evenings in Nashville, Tennessee.

What Happened to Nashville Fantasy Ball

Stone walls become a dark castle. A garden becomes a celestial realm. A hotel pool becomes the water that knew you first.

Then we fill it: performers who move through the crowd and pull guests into the story, artisans selling jeweled finery and arcane keepsakes, alchemists pouring spirited and spirit-free, photo realms staged so the look you spent months building gets caught properly, and a dance floor that fills the moment the music calls.

The rest is you. Every guest arrives having decided who they are for the evening. That decision is the event.

Lady WolfHart evenings are held in Nashville, Tennessee, for adults, with tickets typically ranging from $75 for seasonal events to $400 for VIP ball admission. Most sell out before the doors open.

We take a historic room in Nashville and make it somewhere else.
