Ticket Purchase Agreement: By purchasing, allocating, or possessing tickets to the Forbidden Fantasies Ball, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of the clauses outlined herein, please refrain from purchasing tickets or attending the event.

Changes and Amendments: Nashville Fantasy Ball reserves the right to make changes, revisions, or amendments to these terms and conditions without prior notice. Such changes will be reflected on the organizer's website (www.nashvillefantasyball.com) and will be effective from the date of purchase of your event tickets. Changes to ticket details may also occur and will be effective for already purchased tickets, with updates reflected on our website.

Ticket Prices: The price of tickets for each event is specified on the event page and is non-negotiable and non-refundable due to extensive preplanning. Tickets are priced per person. Tickets are transferable to another named ticket holder up until 1 month before the event.

Refund Policy: All ticket sales are final. Delays, venue access issues, emergencies, weather-related problems, or any other circumstances will not entitle you to refunds or future credits.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: If the event is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances not in the control of the issuer, Nashville Fantasy Ball may reschedule the event, issue partial or full refunds, or take other appropriate actions at its sole discretion.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable to another named ticket holder up until 1 month before the event. This procedure will be released with ticket sales. Tickets are not transferable to future events.

Ticket Resale: The resale of tickets at a price higher than the face value is strictly prohibited and may result in ticket seizure and cancellation without compensation. We have seen a rise of social media comments with people claiming to be selling tickets, when they are in fact not ticket holders. Please be careful! Nashville Fantasy Ball will not be held liable for fraudulent ticket sales.

We highly encourage you to email nashvillefantasyball@gmail.com to verify the validity of the ticket holder before sending money.

Age Requirement: Attendees must be 21 years of age or older at the time of ticket purchase to attend either event. Attendees under the age of 21 will not be admitted.

Responsibility for Tickets: Once you receive your tickets, you assume full responsibility for them. Nashville Fantasy Ball is not responsible for any lost tickets, and the purchaser agrees to reach out prior to the week of the event if they cannot locate their ticket to receive a new one.

Liability: Nashville Fantasy Ball is not liable for stolen, lost, damaged, or destroyed personal items. Nor are they responsible for any personal injury that may happen to an attendee during the event or on any venue's premises during the event dates.

Authorized Source for Tickets: www.nashvillefantasyball.com is the sole authorized source for purchasing tickets for both events. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit or reported stolen. The issuer has the right to invalidate such tickets.

Ticket Use and Restrictions: Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be resold, copied, reproduced, or misrepresented in any form. Tickets may not be used for promotional or advertising purposes, including sweepstakes and competitions, without prior approval from Nashville Fantasy Ball. Unauthorized use may result in ticket seizure and cancellation.

Non-Redeemable Tickets: Tickets for this event have no cash, credit, or benefit redemption value.

Investigation and Disputes: Nashville Fantasy Ball reserves the right to investigate any violations of these terms and conditions. In case of disputes, the decision of Nashville Fantasy Ball will be deemed final.

Ticket License: The ticket(s) you purchase represent a revocable license for you to access the services and venues provided by Nashville Fantasy Ball during the event dates. This license may be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without prior notice or compensation. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry to the event.

Losses and Charges: Nashville Fantasy Ball is not liable for personal, physical, medical, or financial damages incurred at the event or for lost, stolen, or misplaced items or any medical issues incurred during the event. Financial losses due to foreign exchange fluctuations during refunds are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Identification and Consent: At the event entrance, you must present your ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.

Photography and Videography Consent: Nashville Fantasy Ball will capture photographs and videos during the events for promotional purposes, including but not limited to our website and social media pages, as well as to be distributed for guest enjoyment and sharing. By purchasing tickets and attending the event, you grant permission for Nashville Fantasy Ball to use your image and likeness in photographs and videos for promotional purposes and distribute them to attendees. These photos distributed cannot be used for promotional purposes of any kind by attendees and are strictly for personal use and sharing only.

Prohibited Items and Behavior: The event follows a 'zero-tolerance policy' towards unauthorized drugs, alcohol, weapons being brought to any portion of the event and/or lewd or obscene behavior. Possession of prohibited items or objectionable behavior will result in immediate termination of participation, and tickets will be void.

Chargebacks and Disputes: By purchasing tickets, you acknowledge that you do not have the right to initiate chargeback claims or disputes with your credit card or debit card provider.

Dispute Resolution: In case of disputes between ticket holders and the issuer, the issuer's decision will be considered final. In unresolved disputes, an independent third-party arbiter may be involved.

Lost or Stolen Items: Nashville Fantasy Ball is not responsible for any lost or stolen items during the duration of our events.

Restrictions on Promotional Use of Media: By attending either event, you agree not to use any photos or videos taken by yourself or anyone at the event for any promotional purposes outside of Nashville Fantasy Ball without the prior written consent of Nashville Fantasy Ball.
